It's time for a radical change in how I get paid and how other agents get paid. But I can only control me, so I am proposing a much more complete and full disclosure of fees and responsibilities along with a major disruption to the status quo of percentage based commission that I hope others follow. But change can be slow and sometimes un-welcomed so I offer my clients choices NO ONE else can offer!
Even with a lower service fee, I will provide you with professional photography and brochures, 360 degree virtual tours and floor plans to highlight your home's best features, access to one or two local MLS systems, and all the technology available through RE/MAX and our global audience!
Usually the first question an agent gets asked by a seller is how much commission do you charge? Instead of asking what will they do to get paid or what services will they do to earn the fee.
I will evaluate your own unique situation and needs and as a professional should, I will tell you what it will cost you as a buyer needing an agent to search, negotiate and purchase a home. The same will apply to any seller in any community. The available tools are the same. But I assure you my flat rate or hourly fees will not be a percentage of anything.

Real Estate Fees are always negotiable, even after they have been established, but every real estate broker or firm may have their own policies for doing so.

I may be able to give you generic real estate advise about many things but if I shouldn't help you where you live or want to live, I will tell you and help you find an agent who can!
