Limited Service or "entry only" listings are allowed in most property search websites. There are companies in every state who you might be tempted to hire to "market" your home for sale to the public or agents by putting your house in "THE" MLS. The truth is there are over 500 MLS websites and Millions of real estate agents. There is not "ONE single MLS. So don't be tempted by a company 30 states away from where your home is to list your property for sale. Hire an agent and a REALTOR who is willing to do that for you locally. I can offer you as many or as little services you may want. Photography, floorplans, controlled lock box access, virtual tours...all at full or reduced pricing so you truly can save some of YOUR hard earned equity!
Usually the first question an agent gets asked by a seller is how much commission do you charge? Instead of asking what will they do to get paid or what services will they do to earn the fee.
I will evaluate your own unique situation and needs and as a professional should, I will tell you what it will cost you as a buyer needing an agent to search, negotiate and purchase a home.
